The battle to Short Sell a home in California (2010/2011) is difficult at best. "I am a first-time homebuyer. I did not get the 'Home of My Dreams' but I got much more home than I thought I could ever afford. Lisa worked diligently from beginning to end even after other agents I interviewed told me "there's no way you will get what you want in your price range." My purchase was a Short Sale, which proved to be very trying. Without Lisa's tenaciousness, I am positive the challenges we faced would have been worse had I chosen another agent. She worked very hard to get me through each and every obstacle - and believe me there were quite a few.

Lisa's professionalism was exceptional and she went above and beyond her "job description."
